At the beginning of every treatment, an anamnesis takes place. The complaints and concerns are discussed and a touch diagnosis will be performed. The treatment process and intensity are adadpted to the current needs of each appointment.
For occupational therapy and osteopathy, the patient is treated on a couch.
The Shiatsu and Thai massage take place in comfortable cotton clothing on a soft mat on the ground.
Please bring a towel with you for the treatment and do not eat too much shortly beforehand.
Please note that treatment appointments that cannot be attended must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. After this time, the treatment costs must be paid.
1. you receive the prescription from the doctor
2. the prescription is authorised by the health insurance company (not necessary at the moment)
3. after you have paid the bill, you will be reimbursed part of the costs by your health insurance company

Many private supplementary health insurances reimburse the costs of Shiatsu treatments and Thai massage.
